problemas con las descarga de archivos

hola a todos tengo un problema con mi cuenta Drobox estoy descargando un archivo que pesa 9GB y justo cuando esta terminando de descargar me arroja un error Numero 402 he intentado ya varias veces y siempre sucede lo mismo, hay alguien que puede ayudarme Gracias
