Rebobinar suscripción Dropbox plus

Desinstale mi App Dropbox de iPhone y al volver a instalarla mi perfil aparece como cuenta Dropbox basic , no puedo recuperar suscripción plus , no logro ver los archivos mis fotos y mi suscripción plus está activa y no puedo ver mis archivos , necesito ayuda urgente
