Hola tenerenight, tuve un problema muy parecido al suyo y necesito ayuda para poder reverir mi cuenta completamente un día antes que el virus infectara mis carpetas de Dropbox, podrías auxuliarme diciendome con quien te dirigiste para recibir apoyo, o que proceso es el que seguiste.
