Arquivo url

I have files such as "photos-1.dropbox.com.url," but when I click to open pops up "error 404 that this page can not be found", how can I open this file again or turn it into photo again ?

    possuo arquivos como links por exemplo "photos-1.dropbox.com.url," porem quando clico para abrir aparece "erro 404 que essa pagina não pode ser encontrada", como posso abrir esse arquivo de novo ou transforma-lo em foto outra vez ?

    Este arquivo na verdade é um link da web para um site (URL).

     

    Se o arquivo do link não abre, teria que obter o arquivo novamente do local de origem. 

     

    Espero que isso ajude.
