cancelamento

Bom dia, cancelei minha assinatura, mas o valor continuar constando na fatura do meu cartão de crédito. Não recebi confirmação do DROPBOX sobre o estorno do valor. Preciso dessa confirmação.

    Olá,

     

    Tratando-se de um assunto relacionado com pagamentos, o ideal seria entrares em contacto diretamente com o suporte Dropbox via chat ou email. As opções de suporte estão acessíveis por aqui: https://www.dropbox.com/support
