CONTINUA LENTO

Não consigo subir arquivos, esta demorando muito. Fiz um teste com um arquivo de 1 giga e esta levando mais de uma hora e fiz o mesmo teste no google drive e subiu em 6 MINUTOS. O que esta acontecendo DROPBOX ?
