「アップロード詳細」の内容が10個（残り５分です）を消す方法が知りたい

すべてのファイル画面で、自分のフォルダに何回かアップロードした時に、「「アップロード詳細」の内容が10個（残り５分です）」が出てきました。翌日も残っていて消えないため、これを消す方法が知りたいです。

    dama2 さん、こんにちは！

     

    ［すべてのファイル］ページということはウェブアップロードのメッセージですね。

     

    アップロードが完了していれば「閉じる」のオプションが表示されます。アップロードが完了した後もメッセージが変わらない場合は、ブラウザの再読み込み、キャッシュの削除などを試してみてください。

    それでもメッセージが消えない場合は、ブラウザを終了したり、パソコン自体を再起動してみてください:desktop:
