「招待を承認」ができない件について

メールにBOXからの招待が届きました。招待を承認するときに自分の情報を3つ入力する必要がありますが、メールアドレスを打つと「既に登録済みです」、パスワードを打つと「必須フィールドです」と表示されます。どうすれば送信ボタンを押せますか？
