アップグレード容量追加について

個人無料の利用から、年間払い12,960円をJCBデビットカードより引き落としもされ 支払済みにもかかわらず、１TBへ容量が増加していません。お金だけ支払って容量が増えないことはあるのでしょうか？6月8日付にてデビットカードより引き落としされています。 どのような操作にて容量が追加されるのでしょうか。

Dropbox有料プランに対するお支払い済みにもかかわらず、アカウントが１TBへ容量が増加しないことはございません。

 
このような場合は、お支払いを頂いたアカウントではないログイン情報（別のDropboxアカウントメールアドレス）にてDropboxにログインされている可能性が考えられます。
 
有料プランを購入されたDropboxアカウントにて、ログインを行い、容量をお確かめ下さい。
