スマートシンクが選択できない

Plusを使用しています。 今回のアップグレートでスマートシンクが使えるとのことで試そうと思ったのですができません。 『Smart Syncを使用するには、Dropboxデスクトップアプリケーションをコンピュータにインストールする必要があります』とのことなのでインストールしたのですが右クリックしてもスマートシンクの項目がなく選択できません。 個人アカウントのシステム拡張もオンにしてあります...
