タスクバーのDropboxアイコンをクリックした際に以前まで出ていたボタンや他のアイコンが出てこないという場合ですが、

PCの文字サイズを縮小させたところ、全て出るようになったとのアドバイスを実際にユーザー様からいただきました。

Windowsの場合、

[スタート] > [設定] > [簡単操作] > [ディスプレイ] で文字サイズを調整いただけます。
