テキストファイルをPCブラウザでプレビューすると文字化けしてしまう

2019年3月13日ごろから、テキストファイル（.txt、.md形式のファイル）をPC（OS:Windows10 64bit）のブラウザでプレビューすると、文字化けしてしまいます。以前はふつうに閲覧できていました。 以下のブラウザで確認しましたが、すべて文字化けして表示されてしまいます。 ・Google Chrome ・Microsoft Edge ・Internet Explorer1...
