ファイルをアップロードすると名前が文字化けする

zipファイルにmp3やmp4ファイルをそのまま入れてアップロードしたのですが

名前が「ƒxƒmƒ€」こういう風に文字化けしていました。

これってアップロードの仕方が悪かったのでしょうか…

    dropbox内でzip内をプレビューすると時たまそうなりますね。

    それともダウンロードした際に中身が文字化けしたものがダウンロードされるということですか？
