ファイルをデスクトップに移動したのに容量が減らない理由

ドロップボックス内のファイルをデスクトップに移しましたが、アカウントを確認しても容量が減りません。 ネットで調べたら、復元の可能期間（私の場合30日）は完全に削除されないとなっているので、30日間は容量は減らないと言うことでしょうか？ ちなみに、アカウント内も、他のPCのドロップボックス内もファイルが消えていています。

My PCフォルダは自動バックアップ機能によって作成されるフォルダです。

こちらのヘルプセンター記事に記載されている「パソコンのバックアップをオフにする」セクションの手順を実行すると、My PCフォルダの削除や移動が出来ます。
