ファイルリクエストについて

ファイルリクエストについて2つ質問させてください。 １．複数の人からファイルを受け取った場合、指定するフォルダにアップロードされたファイルに関してそれが誰から送られてきたか知ることができますか？試してみたのですが、表示されるのは「リクエストした自分の名前（ID)」＋「ファイル名」と表示され、送り主の情報がどこを探しても見当たりません。もし分かる方法がありましたらお知らせください。 ２．上記で...

jazzmeg1さん、こんにちは。

ファイルをアップロードする際に、ウェブ上でログインしている場合は、お客様のアカウント名がファイル名として自動的に入力されます。

ダウンロードの際に一部ファイル名の情報が不要でしたら、事前にファイル名を変更していただくか、アップロードを行っているユーザーに当該部分を含めないでいただくようお伝えください。
