ファイルリクエストアップロード画面のテキスト表示について

アップロード画面に任意でテキストを表示（説明文など）させることができた気がしているのですが、今ファイルリクエストを新規作成しようとするとタイトルと期限しか入力することができず・・・状況をわかる方、手順を教えていただけますでしょうか？

    ファイルリクエストの仕様が2020年の夏に変わりました:rainbow:

     

    2段階の操作画面となり、最初の画面でリクエストのタイトルと期限を決めて「作成」をクリックすると、リクエストを送信する宛先やメッセージを追加するオプションが表示されます:notes:

     

    宛先やメッセージ追加の画面は、作成完了後、リクエストリストページで各リクエストの右にある「・・・」ボタンをクリックし、「共有」を選択することでも表示されます。
