ファイル共有についての質問

2名でDropboxを共有して利用しています。 同じテキストファイルを参照していると、一方の更新しても他方が(更新していないにも関わらず)上書きしてしまうことがあります。 そのようなケースを避けるにはどのようにすればよろしいでしょうか。

バッジはMicrosoft Officeファイルでのみ機能し、プレーンテキストファイルでは機能しません。 他のファイルタイプでは、両方が同じファイルにアクセスしたときに、ある人が別の人が行った変更を上書きしないようにする方法はありません。
