2名でDropboxを共有して利用しています。 同じテキストファイルを参照していると、一方の更新しても他方が(更新していないにも関わらず)上書きしてしまうことがあります。 そのようなケースを避けるにはどのようにすればよろしいでしょうか。

I forgot to mention this earlier.
We use this suggestion and it helps us to alleviate the conflicted copy annoyance with non-Microsoft Office files.
- Implementing an In Use folder to edit files will make your shared collaborative folder members aware that the file is currently being used.
- Remember to move the file out of the In Use folder when you're finished editing.
