モバイルアプリからドロップボックスの編集作業ができない。

Android端末にてDropboxからエクセルファイルを開くと「Microsoft Office Integration が Dropbox 内のファイルとフォルダへのアクセスをリクエストしています。」との表示が出て、「許可」ボタンを押すがそれ以上の作業・保存ができない。Officeにエラーが起きました、との表示も出る。少し前に「ドロップボックス側が改善を模索中」とのコミュニティ返信が有りましたが、いまだ改善されないのでしょうか？同様の事象で改善できた方がいらっしゃいましたら、ご指導賜りたく。
