共有方法について

Dropboxの共有設定でご質問させていただきます。   現在自身が所有者ではないフォルダを使用し、ファイルの編集作業しています。   新しくメンバーを招待しフォルダを共有したいのですが、 ネットに載っている共有方法（フォルダ上で右クリックし共有やメンバーを招待）を実施すると 『このファルダ内でメンバーシップを管理する権限がありません』と表示され、共有がかけられない状況です。   ...

編集可能メンバーにて『このファルダ内でメンバーシップを管理する権限がありません』のメッセージが表示される場合、共有フォルダに新しいユーザーを招待出来るのは、フォルダの所有者のみです。

フォルダの編集可能メンバーも別のユーザーに共有出来るようにするには、所有者が以下の手順を行う必要があります。

 

Dropbox.com から

  1. dropbox.com にログインします。
  2. 左側のサイドバーで［すべてのファイル］をクリックします。
  3. フォルダ名にカーソルを合わせて［共有］をクリックします。
  4. 設定アイコン（歯車のアイコン）をクリックします。
  5. ［アクセスを管理］の横にあるプルダウン メニューで［編集権限を持つユーザー］を選択します。
  6. ［保存］をクリックします。
