友達紹介での不適格に関して

Dropboxのお友達紹介リンクを使い、新入社員にアカウントを作ってもらっていますが直近の案内がステータスが「不適格」でボーナス容量は追加されていません。 何か対応が間違えているのでしょうか。 ご確認のほど何卒宜しくお願い致します。
