友達紹介ステータスが「不適格」となる問題について

社内の方に友達紹介機能を利用しましたがステータスが不適格となってしまいます。 リンクで招待し、その後、アプリケーション（デスクトップ）をインストールしていただき、確認しましたが「不適格」と表示されて、ボーナス容量は追加されていません。 本件について、対応していただけるのでしょうか。（社内で同じIPアドレスから繋いだので同一人物とみなされたのでしょうか？）
