商用利用はできますか？

Dropboxを商用で利用できるのかどうかのお尋ねです。   現在、無料プランを使っています。 無料プランでDropboxに保存しているデータを販売はして良いものでしょうか？ たとえば、 コンテンツビジネスを行う場合、 支払いがあった顧客に対して、 Dropbxの保存ファイルへの共有リンクを教えてあげる などの使い方です。   ご教示よろしくお願いします。

Dropboxの利用方法に特に制限はありません。

 

共有リンクを用いる場合は以下の点を注意してください。

 

  • 共有リンクに著作者が共有を許可していないファイルが含まれていないこと
  • 各プランで利用可能な帯域幅上限

 

Dropboxの著作権ポリシーにより、著作者が共有を許可していないファイルが含まれている場合、リンクが無効になります。複数回著作権の侵害が確認された場合当該アカウントは使用停止となります。このポリシーは商用私用を問いません。

逆にご自身が著作者でウェブブラウザからの違法なコピーを防止されたい場合は、Dropbox Professionalプランで透かしの追加が可能となっています。

 

帯域幅の上限は共有リンクからファイルをダウンロードする時に計算されます。ウェブブラウザからプレビューするのみの場合は計算されません。
