外付けバックアップについて

会社にて共有Dropboxを使用しています。 個人のUSBを差込み、自己のデータを編集しようとすると 自動バックアップが始まりました。 会社の共有Dropboxへ、影響されるか心配になりました。 会社共有Dropboxへ個人のデータがいくなどといったことは ないでしょうか。

    バックアップした内容は共有ができない仕様となっております。

    アカウント上に共有フォルダが存在するからといって、バックアップにアクセスされることはないのでご安心ください。

     

    ご利用の Dropbox プランの種類を確認するには：

    1. dropbox.com にログインします。
    2. 右上にあるアバター（プロフィール写真またはイニシャル）をクリックします。
    3. ［設定］をクリックします。
    4. ［プラン］タブをクリックします。

いいえ、自動でバックアップされることはなく、

USBのような外付けドライブをパソコンに接続するたびに、Dropbox ウィンドウが表示され、外付けドライブをバックアップするか尋ねられます😊

 

個人プラン（Basic・Plus・Professional）とBusiness Standard プランでしたら、お客様ご自身しかバックアップにアクセスできませんが、

Dropbox Business Advanced プランをご利用されている場合は、チーム管理者が、チーム メンバーとしてアカウントに代理ログインすることができます。
