招待メールについて

ビジネスチームから、会社のメールアドレスに招待メールを送ってもらいましたが届かず、

再度送ってもらいましたがまた届きません。

 

迷惑メールにも届いていません。

 

どのようにしたら受信できますでしょうか。

    招待されていることが確認できる

    チームの管理者様の画面のスクリーンショットをいただけますでしょうか？
