新しくアカウントを作成したのに、容量がないと表示される

先程質問しましたが、途中で送ってしまいましたm(__)m

 

新しくアカウントを作成しましたが、「Dropbox の使用容量が上限に達したため、ファイル同期が停止しました。無料ストレージの 100% を使用済みです。」と表示されます。

解消方法を教えてください。よろしくお願いします。

    無料アカウントですとデフォルトで２GBまで利用可能ということになりますが、

    ファイルなどは整理されていますか？
