最近まで更新していたファイルが、過去の更新日まで戻り、その間の入力内容がなかったことになってしまいました。

２０２１年１月１５日にiPhoneで開いたところ，数日前まで更新していたファイルが突然過去（９ヶ月前）の更新日に戻っており、その間の入力内容が無かったことになっていました。その他のファイルもその時にチェックしたところ，入力内容が無かったことになっているものがありました。特別な操作はしていません。削除していないので復元もできません。履歴にも表示されません。ローカルも過去の更新日で上書きされてしまっています。どうしたらよいかわかりません。助けてください。
