漢字、ひらがなで検索すると検索結果がヒットしません

ドライブではなく、WEBでDropboxを使用していますが、 検索キーワードの冒頭が漢字、ひらがなから始まるものは全て検索結果にヒットしません。 （カタカナ、ローマ字は問題なく検索できました）

検索結果の表示が正しく表示されないということですね。

こちらの手順で解消されるかお試しください。

 

  1. 他のブラウザを使用する（Safari, Mozilla Firefox, Chromeなど）

  1. ブラウザのキャッシュを削除してください（*方法については各ブラウザのウェブサイトよりご確認ください）

  2. シークレット モードやプライベート ブラウジング モードで開いてください。

  3. ブラウザの設定を初期設定に戻し、プラグインをすべて無効にしてください。発生している問題は、セキュリティ設定やブラウザにインストールしたプラグインが原因である可能性がございます。
