請求先の国の変更はできません

アメリカのクレジットカードから日本のクレジットカードに変更したいが、「請求先の国の変更はできません」というエラーが出る。

本日、同じ問題に出くわしたため、上記回答の通りダウングレードの後、アップグレードを行いましたが、Plus>Basic>Professionalへとアップグレードされてしまい、追加料金が発生しただけで、請求先の国の変更、及びカード情報の変更をする機会がありませんでした。ご対応、よろしくお願いいたします。別途メールにてもサポート依頼をさせて頂いております。
