選択型同期が設定できない

この様な画面が表示されて選択的同期の画面までいかない。 どうすればいいでしょうか？

※セキュリティ上の理由により、スクリーンショットを修正いたしました。

選択型同期は一番右の「Sync（日本語表記の場合は同期）」タブから設定出来ます:gear:

全部がグレーアウトしてタブが切り替わらない場合は、デスクトップアプリでインターネット接続の問題が発生してる可能性があります。

同じパソコンからDropboxウェブサイト（www.dropbox.com ）やこの投稿にアクセスすることは出来ますか？
