電話サポートは、チームの管理者のみ依頼可能となります。

 

お電話サポートへの接続方法は次をご確認ください。
 
１．ログイン後に以下のサポートページにアクセス
https://www.dropbox.com/team/admin/help
２．「電話番号」をクリック
３．電話番号に「日本」を選択し、先頭の『0』を抜いた電話番号を入力
４．「電話をリクエスト」をクリック
