drop boxとPCローカル同期について

Windows10を使っています。
drop box配下にあるdocumentフォルダとPCユーザ配下のdocumentフォルダを同期したいのですが、設定が上手くいきません。1から設定方法ご教示頂きたいです。

    パソコンのバックアップにより、「デスクトップ」、「ドキュメント」、「ダウンロード」などの重要なフォルダを Dropbox にバックアップできます。パソコンまたは Dropbox でこれらのフォルダに加えた変更が継続的に双方間で同期されるようになります。

     

    パソコンのバックアップを行う方法については、Dropbox のヘルプセンター ページを参照してください。なお、機能をオンにしたはずなのに「バックアップを管理」ボタンが表示されない場合は、こちらの投稿を参考にしてみてください。
