Drop box ファイル削除について

Drop box をmacで使っていまして
basicの容量が多いと出ていたのでDrop box内のMacのファイルを削除した所 Mac自体の物が削除されてしまいました。
どういう手順で戻していったらいいですか？

それとsafariの方では一応巻き戻しはしてみて恐らくはデータが戻ってる??と思うんですがダウンロードをすると(zip ファイルがダウンロード出来ませんでした)と出てしまいます。さらに加えてアプリケーションの方にはそのファイルすら同期されていない状況です。
お手上げなので助けてください本当によろしくお願い致します、
