DropBoxへの保存

知人よりインターネット上で写真をシェアするGigaFileというサイトのURLを受け取りGigaFileからDropBoxへ写真を保存しようと試みるもDropBoxでの写真の閲覧が出来ません。
スマホはiPhoneでオプションにsave to DropBoxの表示はあり.jpgを語尾に付けたケースも試みましたが保存自体はされるもののDropBox上での表示がなされません。
