Dropbox Backupが解除出来ない

boxer1 さん、こんにちは！

 

 

パソコンのバックアップを無効化する場合には、こちらの手順で無効化してみてください。

無効化いただく際に［この PC/Mac 上のフォルダにコンテンツを維持する］を選択いただくことで、バックアップしたファイルデータがパソコンの元のフォルダに表示されるようになります。

お世話になっております。

 

現在、バックアップ対象としていたPCが手元になく、記事内の「デバイスにアクセスできない場合は、Dropbox アカウントからデバイスのリンクを解除するとパソコンのバックアップを無効にできます。」という記載に従って操作を行いましたが、対象のPCがリストに表示されない状態です。

 

バックアップをクラウドから強制的に削除する方法につきまして、ご教示いただければ幸いです。よろしくお願いいたします。
