その2名以外の方はPC(WindowsまたはMac OS)にインストールしましたか？たぶんAndroidやiOS版のみのインストールだと獲得できないです。また、仮にインストールしていたとして、Windowsストアなどのアプリだとダメだったりする可能性があるので公式サイトからインストーラをダウンロードしてインストールする方法を試したらもしかしたら認証されるかもしれません。
