Excelを開いただけで更新日時が変更されました。

DropBox上に保存したExcelデータを開いただけで、更新日時が開いた時間に変更されました。上書きはしていません。 この現象は通常のものでしょうか？ それとも何かの設定があるのでしょうか？ 開いただけで更新日時が変わってしまうので困っています。

Excelは買い切り版ですか？MicrosoftのサイトのExcelの場合閉じる際に自動的に上書き保存されます。

設定を見ましたが私が確認した限りでは変更できないと思います。

もしかすると環境によって異なるかもしれないため確定とは言い切れませんがおそらく自動上書きが原因です。
