Lenovoの100GBプロモーションに関して

件名の件ですが、先日Lenovoのパソコンを新しく買ってセットアップしている際、100GBのプロモーションを得られる入力画面が出てきました。 しかしながらすぐにはパスワードなどを思い出せず、後でいいだろうと思ってスキップを押しましたがその後ではどうやら申し込みできないようなのです…何か申し込む方法はございますでしょうか。 ちなみにLenovoに問い合わせたところ、情報がないとの理由で解決には...

Dropbox の新規ユーザーで Lenovo パソコンの対象モデルを 2020 年 9 月以降に購入された場合は、購入日から 12 か月間に限り、Dropbox に 100 GB を無料で追加できます。このプロモーション容量は Dropbox Basic 無料プランに含まれている 2 GB の容量に追加されます。

    そのFAQもすべてチェックしましたが解決しません。
    私が申し上げたいのは、自分がプロモーションの対象になっていたのに、誤ってそれを「スキップ」した後で申請する方法です。
