チーム向けプランから個人向けプランヘ変更したい

今までチーム向けのプランを利用していましたがチームで利用することがなかったので、チーム向けプランから個人向けプランヘ変更したいのですが、手続きが分かりません。

チーム向けのプラン（Dropbox Businessプラン）から個人向けのプランへ変えるには、Dropbox Businessプランをキャンセルして、一旦無料プラン（Dropbox Basic）にダウングレードする必要があります。

Dropbox Basic（無料）プランにダウングレードされたら、いつでもPlusプランやProfessionalプランにアップグレードできます。
