動画販売について

ドロップボックスにUPした 動画や資料などを 有料で購入くださった方に 共有URLを発行する行為は規約違反にはならないでしょうか。

自分が著作権を有しているファイルであれば、共有リンクで他者に共有する権利を有しているので、自由にご利用いただけます。

 

Dropbox 著作権ポリシーでは著作権者の許可がない限り、ご自分が著作権を保有しないファイルを共有することはできません。

法律上ファイルを共有できる権利があるか明確ではない場合は、そのファイルを共有しないでください。著作権を侵害するようなファイルを繰り返し共有する場合はアカウントが停止されます。
