契約したプランが別アカウントに紐づいていた

plusをAppleから契約 Aのアカウントで（Gmail）契約したので当然２GB以上使用してたのだが B（Appleアカ）のアカウントに勝手に紐づいていた 使えてなかった日数の返金と変更は可能だろうか？

Apple storeで契約されたアカウントについて返金可能かとのことですね。

Apple storeの契約はDropboxで管理されておらず、Apple Storeで管理されます。

App Store のお支払い処理の仕組みにより、Dropbox が iOS アプリ内課金に対して直接払い戻しを行うことはできません。Dropbox で承ることができるのは、Dropbox ウェブサイトから購入されたプランの返金に限られます。誠に申し訳ございませんが、返金は Apple にリクエストしていただく必要があります。
