TransactionID

トランザクションIDが7桁しか見つかりません。どうしたらいいでしょうか。 不明の請求が続いており、解約したいのですが、どうしていいかわかりません。

トランザクション IDは英数字 8桁または12 桁となります。金融機関によっては短いトランザクションIDの可能性もあります。

請求についてのお問い合わせはトランザクションIDがなくても、その他の情報が一致していれば、アカウントが照会できます。

一度、現時点で分かっている情報でDropboxサポートに問い合わせてみてください:envelope:
