windows デスクトップアプリでログインできない

windows デスクトップアプリでログインできない   windows10 PCにてデスクトップアプリでログインできていたのですが 突然ログインできなくなりました。（webでのログインはできます）   ファイヤーウォールの設定も確認しましたが、ホワイトリスト設定もちゃんと されており、原因わかりません。   調査・対応方法あればご教授願います。

デスクトップアプリにログインしようとして、表示されるメッセージによって、問題の原因が異なります。

ログイン後に「接続中」や「アカウントのリンクを待機中」というメッセージの場合はファイアウォールの設定を確認することが効果的です。

 

ログイン試行時のスクリーンショットを投稿してください。もしポップアップメッセージにエラーテキストの青いリンクが表示される場合は、テキストを全文コピーして投稿してください。
