Re: macOS 26.3 (M4) Dropbox v243.3.6895: CxSupportTool window loop + Chromium 102 renderer abort
It was extremely detailed, and I put a lot of time and work into putting it together with workarounds and a full root cause analysis - two bugs actually. The first time I thought maybe it was because I had my email at the bottom, so I took that out and reposted, but that got blocked too. Can anyone help me figure out what's going on?

Your original post was caught by the spam system. I've released the message and moved your second message to it as a reply.

Oh! It looks like you moved the post I made requesting it be unblocked as a reply instead of the second thread I created for the bug report. The second thread I created with the bug report had the same content as the first, just without the email address at the bottom (I was worried it might have been the reason it was removed).
You can separate the request for reopening if you'd like, so the "mark as solved" works as intended and, ideally, this reaches the developers. I also suspect I will have follow-up information as I am continuing to investigate.
Thank you for the detailed post, robworks, and for all the troubleshooting youâve already done on your part; we really appreciate it.
Iâd like to ask a few more things next, in order to isolate the issue(s) a bit more.
First thing, I noticed that youâre running the beta app version (243.3.6895); can you please try switching to the stable app version instead and let me know if that fixes anything? To do this, youâll need to make sure that early releases are disabled here and after that, click on this link to download the latest stable app version.
Other than that, Iâd like to know the number of files currently located in your Dropbox folder. You can check this by right-clicking on it and going to the âGet infoâ section.
Let me know what you find and weâll go from there.
