2 years agoThanks for this screenshot, ghulseman! Out of curiosity, are you getting the same error even if you click on the âSign in with Dropboxâ button directly (without inserting your email address)?
If yes, Iâd like you to clear your browserâs cache and try again.
One more thing you can try is to open another browser on your computer and test this from there, as well.
Let me know if any of these suggestions help.

Thanks for your help. I can get to DropBox in several ways. But typically I go to https://sign.dropbox.com/ to start. From here there's a pulldown menu and I select DropBox Sign and come to the menu seen in the previous screenshot. I can enter my email on this screen or click Sign In With DropBox. All roads lead to the same place.
I just logged in using Chrome instead of Safari. I get to the same familiar place. The url in the browser always says dropbox.com/signatures. So is it your theory I'm not properly logged in? Our administrator did change the email log-in at some point. Does that matter? Maybe we should completely delete our account and start over? I'm at a loss here.
