Hey konstantin-ik! Thanks for your suggestion.
Please correct me if I’m wrong, but you’re referring specifically to files that have been added to Dropbox via camera uploads. Right?
Let me know, and we’ll go from there.

That's correct. For example, when a photograph from my phone is uploaded to Dropbox, I would like it to be removed from my phone

Please add this feature! It's so strange because my dropbox used to do this -- as soon as my camera uploads finished, I would get a prompt asking me if I wanted to delete the photos from my phone and I did. But at some point (unsure exactly when, a few years ago maybe?) it stopped. It is a HUGE hassle and means my phone is always overfull.

The official Dropbox apps have never ever done this - in fact its been a common request/complaint since Dropbox started. So, if you had that you were using a third party uploader instead of Dropbox itself.

Could be! I've never deliberately installed or uninstalled anything (and I don't use the Dropbox phone app) -- all I know is that when I plug my phone into my desktop, it used to do this and now it does not. May be a changed feature on either or my phone or my desktop, but since I never set it up I don't know.
