Videos aren't uploading automatically from my iPhone?
Hi. Photo's do upload from my iPhone, the videos won't.
( sync between the iOS Photo App and the Dropbox App )
The app says:
"Camera Upload - Video Uploads are Off"
What could be the cause and how to fix it?
Thanks :-)
What could be the cause and how to fix it?
That you've turned off video upload as the message says?
Go to the settings menu of the App and turn it back on.
Enable camera / video uploads
- Open the Dropbox app.
- Tap Recents.
- Tap the gear icon at the top of the screen.
- Tap Camera Upload
- On the next screen, toggle the Camera / Video Upload option on or off.

Thanks I had the same issue and spent a good while trying to fix it... This solution worked perfectly.

Same message as above. Nothing is in the settings to enable video upload on my iPad using v 8.2.2.

Under Settings:
It appears there's no Upload Videos setting but there is: Tap on "Camera Upload" and there will be an Upload Videos option that you switch on :)

I am using an iPhone SE and have the same issue. No setting to turn on "Video upload" or "Camera Upload."
