I understand the concern but unfortunately it is common practice for services to reduce support for older operating systems as time goes on. Windows 7 was released 16 years ago and has been replaced by multiple operating systems since then.

What? No, it's common practice for services to stop supporting OBSOLETE operating services, which as far as i know Windows 7 isn't.
Also what do you mean Windows 7 has been "replaced"? The last time i checked, the only operating systems microsoft have come out with since 7 were 8, 10 and 11, all of which have failed to surpass windows 7. Not to mention the chromium problem which is one of the leading reasons why many windows users are either moving back to Windows 7 or Linux.
