I have been doing more video lately. Facebook and Youtube are ok but DropBox has been convenient to share recorded video. Now my idea is this, to be able to share a pre-determined easy to use link, that a live stream event could be viewed. I understand the copyright issues; a live event you never know what music will be used or heard. SO, what can we do about it???
There is an app called MixCloud that is used for podcasts (live or pre-recorded) that does identify music and pays the pennies to copyright holders, so Facebook does not "flag" a production, something a little guy like me cannot do. However, Mixcloud will not do the live video copyright payments although I have suggested this to them!
DropBox would be so popular with the video community if the live streaming could be done through your application but, the icing on the old chocolate cake would be the copyright ID and payment!
