5 years agoDropBox is really in danger of leaving itself behind by continuing to ignore basic requests from customers for more competitve pricing. I have a 2TB plan. If I increase it to 3TB (the only option) cost per TB is more than doubled! Conclusion? DropBox doesnt want to keep customers by giving them better plans for more data; infact the more you use, the more propoprionally you are charged. I've been pleading with DropBox for bigger and more competitive plans - all requests met with the usual marketing BS telling me what a great service DropBox offer. Well Dropbox, its the customers that decide whether the service is great and it isnt! I've just signed up with an alternative coistoing $65 for 5TB. Shame on you DropBox for being so deaf to your customers!
